Training Courses  

If you're not completely satisfied within 10 days of purchasing a training course, you're eligible for a refund. A valid reason must be specified and subsequently validated by CosmeticChroma for a full refund to be given.

Consulting Packages

Once a consulting package or service has been purchased, an individual contract will be drawn up. Should you decide to withdraw from this contract, the cost of the contract will be charged to you.

All information shared between parties is to remain strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
